RAMPOX TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. I the undersigned hereby authorise Dalkeith Engineering to:

(i) Do the work detailed above and supply all necessary parts and materials.

(ii) Operate the vehicle herein described on public roads for purpose of repair, testing and inspection.

(iii) Hold on to the vehicle described herein as a repairer`s lien for the cost of services rendered and materials and parts supplied until I have fully settled the cost thereof.

(iv) Dispose of my vehicle by public auction without recourse to a court order to defray expenses, should I fail to settle its bill for services rendered and parts and/ or materials supplied within 30 days of completion of the work or rendering of the repair bill.

Whilst Dalkeith Engineering undertakes to take utmost vehicles while it remains under its care,

I hereby indemnify Dalkeith Engineering against any loss direct or consequential arising from damage to or loss of the vehicle and/ its accessories through fire, theft, negligence or dishonesty on the part of Dalkeith Engineering`s workforce or howsoever caused. I certify that no valuable articles other than those recorded and signed for by me have been left in the vehicle herein described.

(v) Charge storage costs if I fail to collect my vehicle after 3 days of invoicing or completion of the job prescribed, whichever applies, at the rate applicable to Dalkeith Engineering.

(vi) Charge interest at the ruling bank rate on all outstanding bills after 7 days of invoicing.
